The MBCDC Construction
Division is responsible for the
construction and rehabilitation work done on each project,
from the buildings MBCDC has purchased in Miami Beach and
converted into affordable housing or commercial space, to
the smaller owner-occupied home repair projects.
To obtain the best possible physical result for our tenants
and clients the Construction Division carefully supervises
and monitors all contractors and subcontractors labor standards,
quality of work and the final product.
