Miami Beach Community Development Corporation is the proprietor of nine apartment buildings and several scattered site units that provide affordable housing for low-income individuals, families, the elderly, and people with special needs in Miami Beach.

When purchased by MBCDC each building undergoes substantial rehabilitation to bring the building up to code and return the building to its original condition as much as possible.

Studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments are equipped with new appliances, air-conditioning, and several units are handicapped accessible.
