Miami Beach Community Development Corporation's Board of Directors plays an important role in guiding the vision of MBCDC's development and programs. The Board has designated several committees, which govern the operations of MBCDC: Executive, Housing, Finance, Marketing and the Flamingo Park Neighborhood Committee.
