Completed in the summer of 2003, The 1551 Pennsylvania provides 20 one-bedroom apartments for low-income individuals or families who work in the service industry in South Beach’s world-renowned restaurants, hotels, and nightclubs.

Five units are to be made available to formerly homeless individuals that have participated in the Miami-Dade Homeless Trust program and are ready to be placed in permanent housing.
