Special Needs Housing - AIDS

Funded by the Federal grant program and developed by MBCDC as supportive housing for persons living with AIDS, this project has been very successful and is a county wide model for this special type of housing.

The success of this project was followed by the opening of sister building, The Fernwood, in 2002, providing a total of 42 units to persons living with AIDS.
