MBCDC’s Tenant Services Program includes extensive and individual attention to our tenants and their needs.

Services include:
• Assisting tenants in seeking financial assistance
• Assistance with contracts and documentation
• Supplying tenants with furniture and clothing
• Regular contact with tenants to enquire what other types of assistance they might require
• Special events such as Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Parties or entertainment
• Transportation to medical appointments or to pick up prescriptions
• Regular meeting to discuss safety awareness, self-defense, and evacuation and hurricane preparedness

These services are offered in conjunction with Ayuda, Douglas Gardens, Children and Families, Elderly Services, Shelter Plus, One Stop and Workforce.
